The firm provides diversified legal services for clients in the field of international trade. The Washington branch consists of lawyers and experts with rich experience in anti-dumping and countervailing. Mr. Hamilton Loeb, a senior partner, is the chairman of the International Trade Law Committee of the American Bar Association. In 1989, Carla Hills, the U.S. Trade Representative, appointed Loeb as a member of a special panel to resolve disputes arising from the free trade agreement between the U.S. and Canadian governments. Lawyer Chris Choutier interned at the White House and Congress during his college years and is now the representative of the U.S. Department of Commerce in Beijing.

The firm has represented manufacturers and exporters from other countries such as China, Japan, Mexico, Canada, Korea, and Sweden to respond to anti-dumping investigations. In addition, the firm has also handled a large number of disputes involving the U.S. Section 301 retaliatory provisions and Section 201 exemption provisions, often representing clients to negotiate with the U.S. Trade Representative, ITC, DOC, the Treasury Department, and the White House. In 2002, the firm represented the Ningbo MOS Group to respond to the U.S. anti-dumping investigation on Chinese ball bearings and is currently representing the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China to respond to the Section 421 charge by the U.S. against Chinese exported clothes hangers.
