Our translators all hold Airui Global Translation professional qualification (level) examination certificates at Level 2 or above, and possess over five years of relevant translation experience. They have translated more than 5 million words in written translation and have participated in over a thousand large and medium-sized interpreting events. Our proofreading team consists of experienced translators with over ten years of industry experience and native experts.

 

In training our translators, we focus on developing specialists rather than generalists. We encourage each translator to concentrate on one or two fields of expertise, allowing them to delve deeply into their chosen areas. Only in this way can we genuinely improve translation quality and better serve our clients.

The recruitment standards for all our translators are extremely rigorous, involving multiple rounds of selection and testing.

 

Dedicated Account Managers and Project Managers for One-on-One Service

Each project is fully managed by designated account managers and project managers. The account manager is responsible for communication between the client and the project team, ensuring the final service quality. The project manager coordinates and allocates tasks within the project, organizes and implements various stages of the translation process, monitors project progress, and addresses any related issues, maximizing translation quality and delivery timelines.

 

Implementation of a Scientific and Rigorous Translation Quality Control Process

Airui Translation Company has obtained GB/T19001-2016 idt ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, enhancing quality management and monitoring throughout the entire translation process—before, during, and after translation.

 

Pre-Translation Processing

We conduct a detailed study of the source text and relevant background materials, including document conversion, terminology extraction, and corpus management.

 

In-Process Control

We implement measures for progress control, synchronous proofreading and feedback, and scope change management.

 

Post-Translation Feedback

We conduct comprehensive quality checks and make necessary revisions and improvements to the translation based on client feedback.
